White Label SEO and PPC Case Studies for Agencies

These case studies show what our specialists have delivered in SEO and PPC: the starting point, what was changed, and the measurable result. They are written for agency owners and account leads who want to see how the work is actually done before they hand a channel to a white label partner.

    What Each Case Study Covers

Every case follows the same structure, so cases are easy to compare: the client and market, the problem at the start of the engagement, the approach our specialists took, and the results in numbers, together with the period they cover. Where a test did not work, the case says so. A write-up that lists only wins does not show how a specialist reacts when something fails, and that is exactly what an agency handing over a client account needs to know.

Why We Publish Numbers, Not Adjectives

Agencies evaluating a white label SEO or PPC partner have heard "we grow revenue" many times. What helps is the actual movement: cost per lead, return on ad spend, conversions or rankings, measured over a stated period. A number without a starting point and a time frame means very little, so each case gives both. Results depend on the market, the budget and the condition of the account at the start. A case shows what was achieved in that engagement; it is not a promise for yours.

    Metrics You Will See

Lead generation cases report conversions and cost per lead. E-commerce cases report revenue and return on ad spend (ROAS), and Amazon cases also report advertising cost of sales (ACoS). SEO cases report keyword positions and organic traffic. These are the same numbers agencies put in their own client reports, so a case can be read as a preview of what a monthly report from us would show.

Cases Across Business Types and Channels

The cases cover B2B lead generation, local and B2C services, and e-commerce accounts. Most of them are paid channels such as Google Ads and Amazon Ads, and SEO cases are added as they are approved for publication. The engagements differ in size, market and starting point, so look for the one closest to the client you are thinking of handing off rather than the one with the largest number.

How to Read a Case as an Agency

Three questions are worth asking of any case study, ours included. Does the starting situation resemble your client's? Were the changes structural, such as account structure, tracking, targeting or on-page work, or was the result simply more budget? And is the result reported over a period long enough to trust? In several of our cases the biggest gain came from fixing structure and measurement rather than from spending more, which is the kind of work an agency can resell with confidence.

    Client Confidentiality

Some clients and partner agencies work with us under NDA. In those cases we describe the business by industry, market and scope instead of by name. The figures are still the real numbers from the engagement; only the identity is withheld.

    From Case Study to Conversation

If a case resembles a client you plan to hand off, talk to our team. Tell us about the client, the channel and the goal, and we will tell you honestly whether it is work we have done before and what a realistic scope looks like, including when it is not a good fit.
