It offers a wide choice of original equipment and accessories from well-known global brands for home and professional grilling, with a clear mission: make the grill kitchen as accessible and comfortable as possible for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Market: Ukraine, with a regional focus on the Dnipropetrovsk region. Service: SEO. Engagement started in February 2023 and is ongoing. Tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-challenge\">The Challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client was already running ads in Google and Facebook but had never worked on SEO. We proposed combining paid advertising with SEO so that each channel would support the other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two goals were set:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bring the main commercial queries to the first page of search results in the Dnipropetrovsk region.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grow relevant traffic to the site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"starting-point-the-technical-audit\">Starting Point: The Technical Audit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We began with a technical audit, because there is no point in hanging curtains in a burning house. It found critical errors, which we then fixed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>slow loading on the home page and on category pages;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>two versions of the site in the index;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>temporary 302 redirects in place;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pages with 404 and 502 errors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an incorrect sitemap;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pages open for indexation that should have been hidden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other technical issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"competitor-analysis\">Competitor analysis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We analyzed the competitors in the niche to see their strengths and weaknesses next to the client&#8217;s site, find growth points and choose a direction. SEO is not a race of budgets: a correct strategy finds the weak spots in competitors and goes around them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"approach\">Approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The strategy had three stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-fixing-technical-errors\">1. Fixing technical errors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every issue from the audit was prioritized and fixed before any growth work started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-on-page-optimization\">2. On-page optimization<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Site architecture, navigation and keywords.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content of the site and of landing pages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internal linking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Titles and meta descriptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Image and video optimization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-off-page-optimization\">3. Applying recommendations quickly speeds up results considerably.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"conclusion\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A technical audit on a site that had never had SEO, a strategy built on competitor analysis and quick implementation lifted impressions by 180% and moved the average position from 75 to 51 in four months.
